Prelude to the New Paradigm of Favor

An "Accelerated Season of Favor" is the best description that can be given of Amos 9:13. It is God's promise that the grueling process of labor will be so compressed that the planted seed will become closer to the gathered harvest. The long span of time usually lodged between your sowing and reaping will become subject to the fast-paced timing of God's intervention in your life. It's the very least that can be expected.

The promise of Amos 9:13 offers a new paradigm of faith and…

Poem: Untroubled Heart (II)

O Lord, perfect Your sacred Love in me;

show me how to have the proper boldness

for conducting myself humbly each day;

only a covering of Your righteousness

will allow me to enjoy Your new mercies.

Teach me to appreciate Your divine Grace;

please insure that I’m not after Your hands

of blessing, but that I’m seeking Your face.

I’m diligently feasting on Your Holy Word;

sate my spiritual hunger and thirst for You!

You are the Bread…

Poem: The Kingdom of God

What are we really looking to receive?

Is it: Money, Fame, Success, or Promotion?

Secret lusts of the heart create problems;

are we willing to risk, His Salvation?

Living to get things will never satisfy;

without proper priorities and pursuits,

righteousness, peace and joy isn’t obtained.

Knowing your identity in Him, His fruit,

mercy and grace becomes obviously evident.

Seeking His face will insure that His hand

remains open towards…

Poem: Unedited Truth

The written Word of God is complete,

with multiple layers of understanding;

however, only a hungry heart can plumb

the Biblical depths with His assistance.

There must be an inner desire, replete

with knowledge that’s divinely expanding

my vision of purpose; don’t let me be dumb.

Breakdown my barriers of human resistance.

Stay within my heart; kick down its door,

teach me Thy lessons, so I’m not perplexed;

enable my existence to…

Free and Easy

February 28, 2015

Just when you think you are making progress, another gremlin leaps into the system and spoils your day. I spent a few hours cursing the internet last Thursday because mine was up and down like the proverbial lingerie of a lady of the night. I took my PC into the shop who checked it there and then and said there was nothing wrong with it. Speak to your provider, they said. In my case it is Sky Broadband. I bring the PC home, plug it in and the sound system stops…

An Air Bed

Before you buy an air bed, you need to find out the following. How much time to have it inflated? Which pump is more suitable for you, a mechanical one or an electrical one? Which brand is recommended? And which make? For this air bed (Model : #67225; 75” X 54” X 8.5”), the pump is not included, though they confirmed there is an attached device which you can simply step on it and lift your foot away, continuously,  to inflate it. That attached pump for the unit I was testing was not…
