As noted by Socrates,
an unexamined life
is not worth living;
as a disciple of Christ,
I’ve decided to adopt…
His lifestyle of giving.
Humanity’s selfishness
needs to be subdued daily,
for we need each other;
regardless of opinions,
we’re still God’s offspring
as sisters and brothers.
From embracing The Word,
we go forth as ambassadors,
since Truth we must tell.
For an unexamined life
keeps one…

Set in the fantasy world of Andor, this is the tale of Crossings, a quiet town where people go about their own business and don’t like change.
Ebe, is one of the locals, an elderly widower, living quietly in his cabin,…

Writing is where it all begins. But the hardest part ;is promoting what you have written. I recently attended a presentation by an Indie publisher. He like so many quoted a rather medium price to do everything for you except really promote or sell your book. He did tell me that about 77,000 people were trying to promote their books so I wondered why I am continuing to write. Getting your book out there and having many people read it is now something like playing the lottery. In fact, your…

It’s been a while since I posted about my latest project, so here goes. AS IT IS IN HEAVEN is nearly complete! Yeah! I call it an inspirational fantasy along the lines of DROP OUT, but with a more spiritual theme. I won’t kid you, some scenes are quite intense, but I believe it is crucial to the story to shock the reader enough to stop and make them think.
There are also a few more sites that I am placing my other books. I was informed about these sites from my awesome online writers…

Two weeks today and we’re off to UK. After all the moving around over the years this will be our last move. (I won’t include the ultimate one that we all have to go through). We will be settled in Pagham and looking at a change in our lifestyle after seventeen years in Spain. Apart from the small sacrifices that are necessary when moving house, one part of my routine that is on hold at the moment is my writing. Although I still have times during the day when I could sit down and write, I…

Press Releases, properly written and targeted, can be a great plus, and essential in your promotion efforts.
Need Press Releases?

1) Actually getting to Mars might be a little tricky, but I can see why there is some fascination with leaving this world to visit another one – any other one. Sometimes it seems that the troubles we face here are so overwhelming we can’t possibly get past them, while the challenges of a new life somewhere else seem soooo remote. The fantasy of “what if…” outweighs the fears…

Fixed Kamma is committed with speech, mind and body. The example would be a premeditated crime. Every thought, utterance, and deed is a seed that ripens over time. Every one has the potential at every moment to alter the course of the future Kamma, by doing good deeds. The Buddha personally said “If there is no way out, I will not be teaching you today”.
Collective Kamma is created when a group of people, for example, go and set fires to destroy properties and living beings. The…

As imperfect as I am,
He still loves me more-
than I can comprehend;
so I take time to explore
His everlasting desire
to be in relationship
with this soul knowing…
that it goes beyond worship.
As a created being of His,
I’m not the final point-
only God has the right
to chose those He anoints.
Though it may seem that He
has no reason to love me,
I’m still one of His children
and my love for Him He…

Into the dust, His breath was breathed,
giving Mankind its first gift of Life;
therefore, we should recognize and give
thanks to God, the Holy Spirit and Christ.
Whispers of prayers to our sacred God,
create results within a context of Hope;
time spent with Him accomplishes more
and transcends Humanity’s limited scope
of understanding a lifetime of struggle.
With our voices, we acknowledge, praise,
honor and worship God in acts of…

Humans love lists. For years David Letterman employed his “Top 10” list nightly on his show. Lists are important because people love to categorize things, as well as know which things are more important than others.
One technique marketing professionals employ over and over again are lists. Lists are always popular. Lists like:
