Almost the end of 2009, and I am facing it with very mixed feelings. It has been a year when family issues, medical issues and work issues have overwhelmed the literature, radio and friendship aspects of the past 365 days.
From the very start of the year leading up to my major back surgery until today when my youngest son was back in hospital, there has hardly been… Continue

I was never, EVER, Webster's definition of a "Perfect Child" and I blame this fact on circumstance. I was the third "Bundle of Joy" in a litter of eight, born in a scant six years to a woman devoid of any innate motherly talents.
I became lost in the numbers and at a very early age, found happiness by telling Tall Tales, especially to myself and eventually I believed I was "CHARLOTTE", the kidnapped daughter of a mother who loved her dearly and a father, who was always home. I searched the… Continue

Lord, I don't know how you parted the Red Sea, but I believe you did it!
I don't know how you walked on water, but I believe you did it!
I don't know how you stopped the lady's issue of blood when she touched the hem of your garment, but I believe you did it!
I don't know how you gave the blind sight, healed the legs of the lame, and restored the mind of the possessed man, but I believe you did it!

So Why do people buy EBooks? I have a short video which covers the five main reasons why people would want to pay for information that they can often get for free on the net in various other places.
I recommend familiarising yourself with as many reasons as possible. This will help you mould the title and content of your ebook into something people are actually searching for.

This is a draft version. It is part of Meeting the God of America, a book i am desperately trying to complete. If you would please, read and express your feelings on flow.
thank you
Christian
Meeting the God of America is a novel concept. I toyed with the idea of using a small “g” for God because I am becoming less confident that the god we claim is the God I know, or at least am getting to know. His attributes, which are supposed to be woven through us,… Continue

I'm more like anybody,
A common face however,
People refuse to recognize me.
I approach the Known with names,
I beg them to help
Make my name Known.
They just keep silence as if
Heard nothing!
What could I make this out?
A "nothing" pleading for
Nothing?
What if my name unknown
Remain unknown?
...no identity?

chad,
this is my first ever blog entry so i hope i do this right. i read the first ten pages of tome of midnight. it's a little rough around the edges. (don't you just hate when people say that? i do.) what that means is that there are missing commas and misplaced periods, that sort of thing. all can be fixed. the good news is that it's really good.
love,
barbara
