Now I am sure all of you are like me and have an opinion one way or the other about the fall out of the whole MSNBC and the firing of you know who for his comments “Nappy headed Hoes”. I just think that we all need to stay focus on the fundamental issue here. Individuals that are on the airways that are on public airways that are funded by the public can not say what they want. There is a…

Book review request

I'm looking for some fellow authors or book industry experts to review my book.

I am looking to use the reviews on my website and in my marketing so if you have written a book too I'd be more than happy to include some info on your book next to your name. Could be good for your marketing too!

If you are interested, email me at and I can organise a free download version for you.

I look forward to hearing your comments!

Tracking Books on

I subscribed to Amazon Advantage a month or two after my book came out and I have found it to be the best way to get readers to purchase copies. Buyers are able to find my book using the tools that Amazon provides. I know that folks are buying my book who did not hear about it from me.

Checking sales with is a good tool as well as I am able to see where my ranking is without having to go to my Amazon page. Looking at the page is…

Becoming a Co-Agent

I just became a co-agent on a project. I don’t know if agents often invite clients to share in commissions when they bring good stuff to them, but mine did. I didn’t refuse the offer. The whole story of how I became a co-agent is worth reading on…

How do I contact Mommies?

Hello Everyone!

Sorry I haven't been more active on my blog. I just got out of the hospital (mental) after being struck by a 2X4 board (figuratively) in the middle of the forehead. You see, for years I have been marketing my books (on gymnastics and cheerleading) primarily to club owners and coaches.

Recently, the imaginary 2X4 described above, whacked me in the head and the realization struck me that my real market was the Mom's. What mother wouldn't pay $19.95 for a book that…

The Truth about Making Money on the Internet

The Internet can be one of the most effective ways to market a book (if you know what you are doing). Unfortunately, many authors don't know how to use the Internet to their advantage. I have been marketing on the Net for many years and make my living from doing so. I have written and developed a great resource that addresses a lot of the areas you need to know about to gain visibility, credibility and revenues from your Internet presence. To access go to…

Whale Song is an Amazon Bestseller

Four days after the launch of my controversial assisted suicide novel Whale Song, it made Amazon'ca's bestseller list. What a thrill! And I have been told that the first print run has nearly sold out. Then to top it all off, some major Hollywood film producers requested to see Whale Song and a package was sent out 2 weeks ago. I think that makes about half a dozen Hollywood film companies interested.

I am in 'mega marketing mode'…

Yesterday, Friday 20th, I visited the Globeforum in Stockholm. On a round table meeting "female entrepreneurs as role models" I was introduced as a role model!

I felt of course honoured but I wanted to tell the audience that I am not a good role model for anybody. I am always striving for something new, always trying to learn something, always having big goals and I sincerely believe I can make a difference in making this world a better place to live and to contribute to world…

I got the following from Kim at "PageFree Publishing, Inc." at "Here is the process we use: 1) We notify LSI that we need a new imprint name - this would be the imprint you designate. 2) We use the ISBN you furnish, and the LSI/Ingram converts it to 13-digit (all our are 10-digit since bought so many not long ago). 3) We make sure your book shows up using your ISBN and imprint name. 4) When/if you withdraw the book from… Continue

You get what you order

"You get what you order" is the motto of my book "The Winning Helix".

Last week I received, once again, evidence this to be true.

I try to live according my own teachings and focus my energy there where I can win. Creativity, networking, helping others, trying to do everything I can to promote world peace are among those areas where I want to use my energy.

So last week I received a VIP invitation to the Globeforum in Stockholm as a "Global Influential Female Leader"!!!!…
