Poem: Spirit Filled

We’re not to vex or grieve the Holy Spirit;

instead, we need His anointing on our lives

to spiritually achieve personal victories

and that faith in God- is continually revived.

Being rooted and established in His Love,

we can be dispensers of the Spirit’s fruit-

Manifesting these traits on a daily basis

should be behind the desire of a Holy pursuit.

Peace, Patience, Love, Goodness, Faithfulness,

Joy, Kindness, Gentleness and…

The Plight Of Christian Authors

In the summer of 2004, I had a startling, life-changing Holy Spirit encounter. Following that encounter, I became a Holy Spirit-inspired writer. I had no previous experience of book publishing, therefore when I completed my first book I had no idea of how and with whom to publish my book.

My first book is a question and answer book with me asking God the questions on behalf of the entire human race and God the Maker providing all the answers. As far as I was concerned, this makes my…

Do Not Love the World - Part 1

Do not love or cherish the world or the things that are in the world. If anyone loves the world, love for the Father is not in him.

For all that is in the world–the lust of the flesh [craving for sensual gratification] and the lust of the eyes [greedy longings of the mind] and the pride of life [assurance in one's own resources or in the stability of earthly things]–these do not come…

Spirit of "Maestro: Unveiling Karma and Reincarnation"

The whole world is subject to the Universal Laws of Cause and Effect, the laws of Karma. This is the main premise of "Maestro: Unveiling Karma and Reincarnation." After many years spent observing and healing patients, Rachel Madorsky concludes that there is no such thing as coincidence. Everything we perceive as coincidence or as bad luck is, in reality, Karma, caused either by individual or collective actions, thoughts, and experiences from our past incarnations over many lifetimes. Rachel’s… Continue

Short Inspirational Piece: Luggage-Not to be Confused with Baggage

This is a short inspirational piece I wrote a few years ago that I thought I might share with everyone..

Laura always packed more than enough for any trip. New on the market, she had to have it. Unfortunately, this carried over into her spiritual life. She had trouble distinguishing between inner luggage and continuing to be a baggage junkie. Unwilling to forgive…

Paradise Found

As a closed captioner for television, sometimes the news can be overwhelmingly depressing. As I look at the oil spill in the Gulf, the missing child in Portland, Oregon, and the ongoing wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, the world appears cruel and heartless. If it bothers me, as sinful as I am, I know it must grieve our heavenly Father.

So today I am reminding myself of the heavenly home that awaits me.…

I'm Telling: The Holy Ghost Dream That Spoke Purpose

When it comes to seeking out my purpose in life, I am no different from millions of others on the very same mission. We hunt for something to fill a void in our heart; something to speak meaning into our lives. Our worldly pursuit leads us to believe our dream job or our perfect mate will end the aching and longing for a meaningful, purposeful life. Often, we become so lost during our pursuit that we have to turn to someone else to find the answer. Other times, our purpose is forced upon us.… Continue

Compassion

Jesus Christ demonstrated the greatest example of compassion by giving His life for all who have fallen short of His glory. We should be grateful for His mercy. There is healing power from a heart that beats with compassion.
