In the summer of 2004, I had a startling, life-changing Holy Spirit encounter. Following that encounter, I became a Holy Spirit-inspired writer. I had no previous experience of book publishing, therefore when I completed my first book I had no idea of how and with whom to publish my book.
My first book is a question and answer book with me asking God the questions on behalf of the entire human race and God the Maker providing all the answers. As far as I was concerned, this makes my…

Two centuries ago, the Temple Initiates made up the Order of the Dragon, named after the Great Dragon Shyrdasa that once lived within Dragon Park. Legend told that a group of knights once helped the Dragon and her unborn young. As a reward for their valor, the Dragon awarded them secret knowledge, martial powers and magic. The Dragon also chose women throughout the Hugue to serve…

I can tell you that I'm old enough that my generation grew up very different than the Gen Y'ers of today. I know it's hard to believe Virginia; but there weren't computers in every home. The only phones around were landlines. No cell phones, smart phones, Droids, texting are anything else. …

Aibileen is my favorite character in the best-selling novel, The Help, because she is a high IQ single mother who loves writing and succeeds in it against dire odds. She may even be able to help her son, Treelor, achieve his literary ambitions posthumously.
Author Kathryn Stockett starts off by leading the reader to think Aibileen is something else completely. However, the very powerful underlying theme of liberty and its close ties to literacy breaks through.
In The Help, a…

Wow! This is one of the best books I’ve read in a long time. For a first novel, Ginny Jaques sure knows how to grab the reader right from the instant the book begins and not let go. The description is magnificent, the characters varied and believable, and the action is well paced. Despite the fact that this is a really long book, I didn’t want to stop reading until I reached the final page.
The book is set in the not too distant future when a worldwide government has been…
