**Update** I am published now! but I still want to know about marketing... like, how do you make a book trailer?

I am not published yet but I always think of what life will be like when I am. How do you fund your marketing if you are a self-published author, or small published author, or any of the variations since NY published authors seem to be in the minority these days.

My short mystery, THE CHRISTMAS HEIST, will be out at http://www.mouthfullofbullets.com this month. This is Shannon and Dwayne's debut, and their book, Avenging Angel, will be out soon from Enspiren Press.
