If you're looking for a cheap way to get a website up, go to zoomshare.com . They give you several backgrounds. A promotional stratergy I use with websites in general is having one main website but individual websites that give some information and link back to the main one.

The interesting thing about zoomshare is that you can click in one of their sections to put yourself on google. Within a few days of doing so, your site does show up. In the photo section, you can put up book covers or pictures. It's pretty user friendly and if you want, you can also put a paypal shopping cart there for 6.95 U.S. dollars.

I just wanted to mention because websites can cost thousands of dollars when done by someone else as our main website is but these affordable ones give you an opportunity to spread out on the web and attract more people.
