Booksurge Monopoly

Amazon's Booksurge is contacting publishers and requesting that they use Booksurge to print their books - or have their Buy Now button removed from their listing on Amazon. This will affect many authors!

My books are currently printed by Lightning Source and when I open my own publishing company next year, I intend to continue using Lightning Source for the next year or two. The greatest volume of my sales go through book stores, so a listing with Ingram is far more important to me than a listing on Amazon. But I know many authors & publishers rely on Amazon.

Any thoughts?
