We either spend the majority of our lives with the people that we don’t love-in a different fashion or dislike. Normally, we work an eight hour shift realistically many people work 12-16 hour shift to make ends meet. We don’t work so many hours because we want to we work so many hours because Taylor needs a new school uniform, Zack wants a game boy for Christmas, the electric bill is overdue, and Kenya whose top of her class was offered a $1500.00 class trip to visit the US Ambassador over in London.


Ask yourself; is there such a thing as peace on the job? Are we entitled to fewer issues as a result of earning money (the devil’s pawn-lol) to better our livelihood? Is water cooler talk minor? Is it okay to gossip on the job? What should be considered on the job harassment?


If you’re an administrator ask yourself is it better to be diplomatic to your company and possibly risk a lawsuit down the line instead of fairly consulting both parties when an issue arise?
