OWFI announces its "FANTASTIC FORTY--WRITERS GLORY" 40th ANNIVERSARY CONFERENCE to be held May 1-3, 2008 at the Sheraton Midwest City & Reed Center in Midwest City, Oklahoma.
The conference features 25 authors, editors, and agents offering 40 informative programs to help people learn to write better and get published. It also helps writers meet, network, and make lasting friendships, as well as giving an advantage to learn from writing and publishing professionals. This is one of the finest and least expensive writers' conferences in the country.
J.A. Jance, the best-selling author, is the keynote speaker. Other famous authors will also be present, such as CJ Lyons. I will also be one of the featured authors, and I entered several categories of the conference contest and will discover how well I did.
One major attraction is the autograph party May 3, when 39 authors will sign books, from 4:30-5:30 in and right outside the Joyner Room in the Reed Center.
Participants from 4RV in the autograph party include Holly Jahangiri and Jordan M. Vinyard, with their book Trockle, Jacque Graham, and me.
Anyone may come to the autograph party and doesn't have to be a conference attendee. In fact I hope anyone in the Oklahoma City area will come by and say hello.
