Hello to everyone,

Here is a little about myself and how I ended up becoming a member here and why I need YOUR help.

I found this site when searching for authors who have ebooks in the following categories - self help, health and fitness, diet and healthy living and any health topics such as cancer, autism, dementia etc etc.

I am a carer for 2 autistic sons, a wife who has suffered from depression (after loosing our son of only 3 weeks) and is currently going through a long diagnosis process to confirm if she is or is not autistic herself, and my mother who appears to be going through the early stages of dementia.

While researching for a web project to help families with children or partners with autism I noted that many members of forums where frustrated, lonely, struggling to cope some days not only emotionally but also when trying to seek help from the local health authorities.

There are many websites on the internet today that support the carer but the majority focus on one subject and so for someone like myself, I would need to be a member of multiple sites.

So I have created a single site which is a crossroads / portal where you can ask advice when you suddenly become a carer for not one person, but another, or even more no matter which disability or illness it may be or help for yourself to cope with the pressures of looking after loved ones.

The other main feature of Caarer.com is unlike Facebook, Twitter, other social networks and support sites where you may feel you cannot open up, be honest about how stressful your day has been in fear of upsetting you friends and family, Caarer is a place you can come and be as anonymous as you want to be and let off steam.

The site is in pre-launch phase and now I need your help.

Before the launch we want to invite authors on the the topics mentioned above to add their eBooks to our eBook store.

As an author we will upgrade your account to the authors members group that have additional privileges such as adding a banner and link to your signatures.

You can either add your free eBooks to help promote your own site, or add paid ebooks to generate income once the site is live.

We also have a section for guest bloggers which you may be interested in, in order to promote your work and own site(s).

We are still adding categories so if you can recommend one which would suit you, please let me know and I will add it for you.
