- Life isn't about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself.
-George Bernard Shaw
- An interesting question one should consider pondering, perhaps: What's the difference between finding
self and creating
self? And, Is there a distinction between the two? Assuming there
are actually two (2) identities, one of these (the self to be found)
is the false 'egoic' persona, while the other is the [true] eternal
being that dwells within a particular physical body-temple. One
searches far and near, high and low, for external qualification of
itself, as an identifiable 'thing'. The other simply is what it is,
and thus knows this....as no other way of being – divinely
inspired with perpetual creative power. One creates and executes
the agenda for self determination – from within, as the other
chases parts, bits, and pieces of other(s) identities to attach
itself to, in hopes of building or constructing something similar to
what was admired in the latest television or magazine ad, for
example. One is never satisfied and accepting of that which it is,
in contrast to the ever humble, yet confident soul which naturally
radiates and attracts pure positive creative energetic flow!
