I've been writing hubs at HubPages for a while and recently realized how helpful they could be for book marketers when I created these hubs for a publisher:

HubPages provides a great free way to promote books and get links, so I highly recommend it. They also provide the platform to make money with AdSense and Kontera, although you can publish pages without ads if you'd like.

I also just recently completed a long piece on tall sailing ships that I'm quite proud of and have written many other pages on HubPages. Because I'm a fan of clip art, I have many hubs that offer art I've created myself:
