God's Request: Believe

             GOD’S REQUEST TO YOU AND I..BELIEVE

I am the resurrection and the life, he that believeth in me, though he were dead yet shall he live.  And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die.

Yea Lord I believe thou art the Christ, the Son of God!

Jesus groaned in his spirit and was troubled over the death of his friend Lazarus.  JESUS WEPT….Then the Jews said behold how he loved him (he loves you and he loves me the same, troubled and groaning over your situation, weeping)

Jesus saith unto Martha ’Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe thou shouldest see the glory of God(deliverance from all your miseries)

And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said ’Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me and I knew that thou hearest me always(God always hears your prayers)

He that loveth his life shall lose it, and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal.

Now is my soul troubled; and what shall I say?  Father, save me from this hour, but for this cause came I unto this hour.  Jesus cried and said, ’He that believeth on me, believeth not on me, but on him that sent me.

I am come a light into the world, whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness.

Verily, Verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also, and greater works than these shall he do, because I go unto the Father.

And now I have told you before it come to pass, that, when it is come to pass, ye might believe.

Of sin, because they believe not on me.

For the Father himself loveth you, because you have loved me, and have believeth that I came out from God.

Jesus answered them ’Do you now believe?

Neither pray I for these alone but for them also which shall believe on me through their word.

That they all may be one: as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us; that the world may believe that thou has sent me.

Are you a believer in the Son of God?  You can see the great importance Jesus has placed on belief, but it means action….even the demons believe!

The Bible states that each one of us must work out our Salvation.  Start today, believe on Jesus and let the world see that you are first a believer and you honor your King by doing what the Holy Spirit speaks to your heart.
