I Don't Care

Why should you care which god I supplicate

Are you hoping it is better

I put the wine, fruits and chicken

In front of your house than on the altar?

Why should I?

To tell the truth I don’t worship any

Though I respect many.

Are you jealous?

I have no guilty conscience

Nor have I anything to lose.

Therefore I have nothing to fear.

How can fear arise when you don’t care?

Let the serpent bites me to death

Let the devils take me to hell.

They will have to release me

When they reach hell port

For surely, I don’t have a hell’s passport.

Which way are you heading?

Let’s hope we shall meet again.

There is a way out

A perfect world is waiting for you

No, you can’t go there by space shuttle

Nor can any agency bring you there.

That power lies within you

A strong man knows when he is beaten,

A wise man knows when he is wrong.

Fools! You have been drunk too long.

Wake up and work out your way

The way that leads to Nirvana.

Don’t say you don’t know the way
