 It could be anything from being abused by someone to a mother losing their child through sickness or violent crime.  It covers many things that could become traumatic to anyone who had to go through any of those things.

Yesterday - it can be something that happened yesterday or at least thirty years ago.  You never know.

This book is not about telling people how to mourn or get over their tragedy in their life, and it is about, let me use myself, for example, I have been trying to get justice for what happened to me down in SC.  However, I have been unable to get what I want.  I was so stuck in it; nothing else mattered in my life because, too, I needed to have justice.  Well, the moral story of this thing is that I may never receive justice for what happened to me, do this mean that I will stay there in that time or take one step to another level of living.
