What is It? It can be something traumatic, it can be mourning the loss of a family member or loved one. It can be shooting your family member; it covers a multitude of things.

Not to tell you how to feel or grieve; however, there are moments in our lives that sometimes can keep us stuck in those traumatic circumstances. Okay, let me point at myself, for over twenty years I have been trying to get justice for what was done to me. Each year, just kept slipping by until someone said, "You still get angry over that? It's been over twenty years." Time has no place in how someone feels, especially when they have experienced something so traumatic. However, no, I did not realize that time slipped past me just like that. It did not seem like it was twenty years ago. It is time for me to start living, that is what I am going to do.
