Many Changes

Hi Everyone!

For those of you who still check into my page, I have had several major life changes. That means I am way behind in updating. It will happen soon.

I moved from Kapaa, Kauai, Hawaii to Honolulu, Hawaii. Was not happy at all and planned to move again. That is, until I got hit with some serious news. I had open heart surgery! That, from a person who's been healthy all her life. I don't have heart problems. I had a BASEBALL-SIZE hemangioma growing on my heart sack. It is congenital. That is a blood vessel that didn't know when to stop growing so it ballooned. Could have burst, though, and I'd have been a gonner, even with a good heart. I'm over it now and almost all healed but made yet another change.

Three months after the surgery, I moved to Scottsdale, Arizona. Yes, it's closer to my son, but that's not the only reason. Hawaii is isolated. There are only so many places to have book signings. I have been in Scottsdale since April 2017. More opportunities have come my way from simply making a change.

As I said, these changes, recovery and moving have put me behind. Look for some great changes. Soon as I finish the polish of my new book (soon now!), I am also opening a blog where I will be interviewing authors AND artists.
