My Private Hell: Struggle & Survival

This title kind of grabs you and you wonder, what does she mean? I do very little discussion on the trials and tribulations of my life, though I do go into that somewhat. The moral of the story, is, however, that whatever ails you, physical, mental, or both, can be soothed and maybe eradicated with regular, daily exercise.

Just do a better job of not injuring yourself, which is what happened to me last Saturday morning. I was in a high-impact step class, which I love, when I collided with the woman behind me as I flew through the air. I could barely drive myself home and almost went to the emergency room directly from the class. I now have to miss two weeks' or more of workouts and I am not a happy camper. Even worse, the instructor and the woman who caused me to fall didn't ask if I was OK!!

Selfishness in exercise class abounds! I am on the mend, but not after my long-awaited summer vacation was put in ruins by my inability to even walk! And we had a huge walking vacation planned....

Still, I cannot wait to get back to exercise, and I will ignore my fellow classmates the same way they ignored me! Sweet revenge. But, please take a look at my book and you'll know why I am suffering without my exercise and with my foot and ankle swelled to three times its normal size!
