Not Enough Hours In The Day!

As many of you may know I got my book published the other month.Good Deed, its a mighty fine novel, even if I do say so myself. I'm currently on book 2. I say currently but I'm finding I have less and less time to write thanks to more and more time spent each night on online promotion. Facebook, Twitter etc has taken up practically all of my time of an evening.What do I do? Employ someone to do it for me? Take it all on in a non stop 48 hour blitz fueled by copious amounts of coffee?
I've no Idea.
