Opposition to Theological Conditionalism

Traditionalist vs Conditionalist. Let us take a look at these two viewpoints and see what they are all about.

A debate between the believers of Traditionalism and the believers of Conditionalism has been ongoing for many years now. Although Traditionalists are in the majority, the Conditionalists remain to stand by their doctrine and are beginning to progress in today’s theological circles.

The gist of the debate is the difference of the Traditionalist and the Conditionalist views on the human soul’s mortality and what happens to it after the Judgment Day.

For the Traditionalists, the soul is immortal by nature. They believe that the human soul, even after the death of the body, continues to exist, may it be in heaven or in hell. In Traditionalism, it is believed that the souls of the wicked will be sent to the lake of fire to experience eternal torment as a final punishment for all the wrongs they have committed during their lifetime.
