Do you know who your own worst enemy is? Look in the mirror. Yes, that’s the person who keeps on pulling you down every step of the way. Some, or even most of us, continually, relentlessly, sadistically, and unmercifully flail and beat ourselves up. Although not in a literal sense, the reality is; dwelling on our faults is emotionally destructive, a sure fire way to bring us down and then keep us down.
