Psalm 31:7
I will be glad and rejoice in thy mercy: for thou hast considered my trouble; thou hast known my soul in adversities;

The word rejoice is defined as to feel joy or great delight. The psalmist tells God that he rejoices or feels joy and great delight in the mercy of God. The Psalmist knows that God owes him nothing but yet God still provides. God still considers his soul in times of trouble. God still will help the psalmist in times of adversity. Isn't it a blessing to know that God will never leave us nor forsake us. In times of adersity and trouble God is right here with us.

Prayer Tip: We should feel joy or great delight in knowing that God will never leave us for dead or in a constant state of trouble but his peace is here for us all.

Isaiah 26:3
Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.
