Spiritual Connectedness

The goal in our spiritual lives is always to reach the true self, to further develop our inner life. We can do this by engaging in spiritual practices like meditation, prayer, contemplation and many others that can help us reach a spiritual experience of connectedness with a larger reality. This spiritual connectedness we get from this can yield a more comprehensive self with other individuals, with nature or the cosmos, and with the divine realm.

This is what ascension can give us. As we achieve ascension, we get to experience a certain spiritual connectedness with the rest of reality. Our consciousness increases and we become aware of the need to let go of fear, hate, greed, selfishness, doubt, pain, sadness, grief, anger, and other negative emotions that no longer serve us. Instead of lower vibrations, higher vibrations such as love, oneness, peace, balance, harmony, and unity will take over as we embrace this connectedness with reality.
