Wealthy, Rich, Poor or Broke: Conscious (or not) Manifested States of Being

It's a common misnomer to think or assume wealth has everything to do,
synonymously at least, with money or finances. I'm certainly no
'expert', but the experience of working in the finance department
for an organization with over 80,000 employees, as a (former) senior
assistant to the budget director, deputy chief, and chief financial
officer(s) of the second largest school district in U.S. [L.A.
Unified School District], I've had the luxury of learning from
wealthy, rich, poor, and broke individuals. In addition, having
worked on more than a handful of TV/film productions, as a
set-medic or driver/transporter, my understanding of riches and
wealth has accumulated immensely. The state of one's finances is
simply a manifestation of an individuals attitude about his/her
self. There is no value that can be placed on 'well being'.
Hopefully, you view yourself as priceless, as I do. I'm acquainted
with as many miserable wealthy or rich persons as I am with those
that are happy. And by the same token, I'm also familiar with happy
and miserable poor or broke people. The amount of material objects
(including the illusion of money) that one has acquired over a
