Wow! You have already cranked out another book?

You must write like mad :-)

I am sure what you are suggesting will be fine. Marilyn, my gf/editor, is the computer genius of the two of us. That is her email that I had provided you with and her kindle and cloud reader.

I am a little excited myself. I have found an illustrator on this site that I am about to contract with to do my cover illustration and design. She does a lot of fantasy and science fiction art work, and after viewing her portfolio, I know the illustration is going to be so much better than the prototype I have up on my page now.

I am looking forward to reading your book!

Thanks,

Joleene,

Oh no, please do not spend any money. You had mentioned a couple of other ways to get it to me. One of those would be fine. I was not aware that it cost the author to let someone read their ebook. Whatever is easiest for you is fine: pdf, word doc, anything.

Since your books are in a series, I should probably start with the first one.

I just finished The Lone Hero by DM Yates last night and have posted my review on my blog and on Amazon. Marilyn (my girlfriend and editor) read Always by DM Yates and posted her review on Amazon.

Feel free to friend any of either of our friends. They don't bite :-)

Thanks again Joleene,

Hi Joleene,

Wow, you are a busy reader also. :-)

Thanks for grabbing Blood and Fire: The Vampire/ Dragon Wars.

I usually read the ebooks on my girlfriend's Kindle or through her cloud player on my laptop. D M Yates had me give her the email address and then we got an email from amazon with a link that let us put the book on the Kindle. Does that work for you?

Marilyn's email is beamerhoney@sbcglobal.net

Thank you, Joleene :-)

Joleene,

Thanks for accepting the friend invitation and also for commenting on my discussion forum :-)

It got lonely there so I had posted the first reply.

Yes, half my book is available in the content section of my page. Its the one that says Blood%20andFire%20.docx. Not really sure what the %20 is all about. It took the whole word doc when I uploaded it onto my page. The full title is Blood and Fire: The Vampire/Dragon Wars. It is only a rough draft and my editor's notes are interspersed throughout the text.

Thank you-that is a very nice offer on your part. I would be happy to read your book(s) and post my review on my blog and any other site you like. I recently posted a review on Amazon for Soul Lifter by Martin Murphy( another author on this site).

Right now I am reading The Lone Hero by DM Yates. I will post my review of that one next. Also in line is Cosmogonic Marbles by Steve Downes. But, after that, I have no other commitments.

Joleene,

Welcome to The Book Marketing Network. My name is 4-LAN and I do book reviews of fantasy, horror and science fiction.

I followed your link and looked at your books in the Amaranthine series. I followed the link to Amazon and typed in Shades of Gray by Joleene Naylor and started reading.

Wow! Kind of grip the reader right from the start, don't you? I am liking it so far.

I hope to able to continue the read and see if I get hooked on your series.

Okay, hope you enjoy your stay here.
