who worked with abused and battered women. She asked me to run a woman's self defence and teach them not to live with a prey attitude. I taught kung fu and T'ai Chi for 25 years. The class was very successful for the women. My book The Journey deals partly with getting out of the rut of being stuck. We can change our destiny by our choices. Writing and Enlighting people about DV/Abuse is an important message and knowing you brought your project to completion inspires me. To me it feels like every possible obstacal has beeen placed in my path to deter me from this path. Some days I feel like giving up it is as if there are "forces" beyond my control discouraging me from completing this spiratual assignment.
