Hi Deborah,

I wrote "Getting to the "YES" for producers and screenwriters primarily but it's really a guide to how hearing "no" doesn't always mean the end to your journey. It's for anyone who has to "pitch" an idea, or to a boss, a fellow employee even.

I use examples from the movies and documentaries I've produced where thinking outside of the box got me into production, not listening to the "no" I was presented with.

I wish someone had told me what the view was like from the other side when I was starting out. And then it dawned on me I could do it for the next generation, or filmmakers who had been doing it a while with less than stellar results.

Thanks for your question!
Kerry

Hello Deborah,

My name is Chris Tatevosian., I have had MS for 29 years and I have recently written a book that I want to share with as many people with chronic illness especially autoimmune diseases like MS, as I can. Folks need to hear and benefit from my real-life story dealing with relationships and MS. When I was going through my divorce my life was full of fear and concern that I would never meet anyone that loved me again.  After spending countless hours in MS chat rooms, reading numerous posts on MS related message boards and joining an MS support group, I was astonished to learn how big of an issue this is for so many of us living with chronic illness, I took it upon myself to write this self-help memoir, literally making my life an open book in an attempt to help others avoid making the same relationship destroying mistakes that I made.  This is my real life story and it's not always pretty but it's real and written to help others better deal with the stresses put on relationship as a result of life being interrupted by MS or chronic illness in general. Life Interrupted, It's Not All About Me is a fantastic book for of aaanyone trying to strengthen their relationships. If you have the opportunity please visit my web site: www.LifeInterrupted-nolonger.com
This is my newly designed Book promotional banner I hope that it's not too much to ask, but I I would love it, truly appreciate it and forever be indebted to you___ OK, for a little while anyway, lol, if you would place my banner on your page, blog or web site. You can also find it online here is the link: http://photobucket.webtechgurl.com/life-interrupted.gif .
