I recommended this book because it is one of the best cookery books out this year. This book has over 200 healthy, simply and delicious dishes suitable for all ages, except babies... And all types of eaters. Another great thing about this book is that, it has 4 main sections - unlike most other books. Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner/deserts and tasty treats and a health information section, regarding the benefit of some of the primary ingredients used in the dishes. 

Most people say it is a great one to have, so I therefore recommend it. 

Profit from this book helps to support BBC Children in need and Kids in Need Jamaica.
