Hello!

Thanks for asking about my book signing. It went okay, but would have been better if the weather hadn't thrown a white-out Winter storm warning that day! Still, it was fun, and I met some new authors. Any exposure helps. Good luck with the children's book. I started a children's book a while back, but I'm just not satisfied with it yet, and my romance genre is the one calling to me at the moment. Have fun with it! Sorry this is so late getting back to you.

Hi there Mary,
Trust the book signing has been a success and that the second book is going well.
I'm writing and illustrating a children's book on elephants at the moment :0)
Have a great weekend,
Susan

Hello to you Mary,
Thanks for the adding me as a friend! It's exciting to be in the company of published authors! I am romantic short story writter and hopeless romantic. I think this is a grea site for inspiration for us small "self publishers".

Now I can beam at your books at the book stores and say "I know her!" Happy New Year and many more successful releases this year!

Hi Mary,

Thanks for the kind comments about my books. I'd be happy to talk about my approach to writing (you can read some of it on my web site, at http://markdavidgerson.com; click on the "Writing Inspiration" link). I'm excited for the book to be out. I'll have copies in hand just a wee bit before your new book comes out (congrats on that!).

As for The MoonQuest, response to date has been very gratifying...an incentive to get back to work on its sequel! (First priority, though, is to get my screenplay adaptation done....almost there...at least with the current draft.)

Happy Holidays!

Hi Mary!

Thanks so much for adding me as a friend. Your book really does sound "enchanting." Of course, I love anything that hints of the paranromal.

All the Best,
Martha

Congratulations on your second book and it's up-coming cover.

I just wanted to pop over and say Hi. I still don't get over here as much as I should.

Have a good rest of the weekend.

Hello Mary. The rock that I'm sitting on is in Fergus, Ontario, Canada, in a small park in front of St. Andrews Presbyterian Church. The rock is locally known as the "Auld Kissing Stane" - can't you tell that Fergus has Scottish Roots? In Victorian times, many young couples proposed marriage at the Kissing Stane. It was considered good luck to do so. My father proposed to mother at the rock, five times before she accepted. The boulder itself is an erratic, left during the last glacial period (10,000 years ago) that while melting carved a beautiful river gorge through the area. The rock is blue heathen granite - interesting name don't you think given that it's location is right in front of a church. I call it my "thinking stone". Tonight the rock would be barely visible because an early winter storm is blowing through the area. Highways are closed. High winds are wiping snow into huge piles - a typical late November day in this area. Ah well . . .
