I have a virtual tour arranged with Dorothy Thompson via Pump up your Book Publicity. I hired a book publicist to arrange an event at Border Books to launch the release with music, food and a book signing. He is also working on press releases for me. Penny Sansevieri's book "From Book to Bestseller" gave me so many ideas and I'm using a lot of them. I have at least a dozen reviews of the book. Six are posted on Amazon.com. I network with a lot of people in the field of stem cell research. I'm hoping some advocates and foundations will plug the book within their organizations. I have a newsletter database of about 3000 people who are aware that my book is about to be released. Additionally, I post on blogs everywhere that have a political, religious or scientific slant.
