I hope I can get good reviews, I've gotten postive feedback but I'm hoping for good reviews after my book is read by book reviewers. I'm finding it takes persistence. It took a lot of e-mails to get a few yes answers to reviewing my book finally. I don't know about speaking in front of a group yet, although I understand it's a good way to sell your books. This is the only marketing Internet site I belong to. My publishing experience has been as follows:

Three books--PublishAmerica (A print-on-demand publisher but charges no fee)
One book--iUniverse (A print-on-demand publisher and the fee was responible)
One book--independent print-on-demand publisher who went out of business

Although I received nothing but rejection from traditional publishers my books have sold very well through a print-on-demand publisher. I'm enjoying it.
