Something About Me and My Book:
I am a married father of two teenagers, an author and an entrepreneur. My passion is on seeing others empowered and effective in pursuing their management and financial acumen. I strongly believe that true education empowers people to think independently and critically and helps them to perform according to their God given potential. Everything I write about is connected to the development of an individual relating to business development and financial independence and this is the agenda my company is driving. I have written two books on small business development and one novel on determination, courage and hope. My passion extends to junior managers development and I am currently working on a model for this course. I am an MBA graduate with 17 years banking experience served with 3 major South African Banks at different management levels.

1. How to Establish, Manage and Grow a Small to Medium-sized Business
Whether you are enjoying the experience of owning a business but simply want to make it all more profitable, or whether you are finding it all a bit trying and are looking for ways to bring more profit and more fulfilment into your business, this book is full of advice that could be helpful. The reason for the high rate of small businesses failure is lack of knowledge of the basics for starting, managing and growing a business (know how). This book is aimed at all entrepreneurs who are seriously considering starting small to medium-sized businesses and those already owning them. It also offers readers practical advice on how to go about ensuring the successful establishment and maintenance of sustainable profitable businesses

2. Financial Literacy : The Basic Requirement for Financial Freedom
Financial ignorance is the first and biggest risk for anyone wishing to pursue financial freedom and wealth creation. The starting point in a journey to financial literacy is the willingness to learn, the determination and mental preparedness to spend time and resources developing one-self. There is risk everywhere but the greatest risk there will ever be is an ignorant mind. Acquiring financial knowledge is a challenge that requires the willingness to learn unlearn, and re-learn the skills and strategies for financial empowerment and the disciplined implementation thereof; a bulldog determination to be successful; and personal sacrifice. The book offers readers the basic understanding of finances as a foundation upon which to curve their path to financial freedom. It also acts as a launching pad for those who have longed to break the mold of financial ignorance by providing a bridge to cross the divide between financial illiteracy and literacy. It also encourages individuals to garner strength in pursuing financial understanding to acquire income generating assets

3. The Adventures of Mothupi : The Story of Determination, Courage and Hope
It is easy for this parable like short-story novel to mistaken for a children’s book. This story is clearly intended as a teaching tool rather than a novel. We learn from the characters’ trials and successes. Human nature is human nature wherever one might find oneself and thus the central questions and dilemmas are universal and the ethical aspects that arise bear reflecting upon whatever tradition one is from. The author writes from the perspective of the African renaissance and uses the book to highlight the critical role fathers should play in the upbringing of children and the subsequent influence they have in shaping their children’s future. The process should start by empowering fathers to play leading constructive roles in the upbringing of their children.
