Profile Information

Something About Me and My Book:
I grew up i a small town and graduated high school in 1994 at Rochester. In 1997, I earned my Associate of Technical Arts degree in Information Systems Technology. My love for writing grew over the years as I engrossed myself in the works by R. A. Salvatore and his Drizzt novels.

I started working on my novel about two years ago and thanks to the National Novel Writing Month event, I was able to really take off with my wordcount and story. After finishing my novel, I spent some time editing it and looking for a publisher that would take my work. I am currently waiting to hear on a publication date from Other World Publications and believe that it will be published in 2011.

My novel features orcs and half-orcs, which are a cross between an orc and another race of the fantasy world. In this case, human. The setting of my story is also one of my own choosing and I wish to thank my friend Glenn for letting my use his chatracter. There is magic in the air, unknown to most in the world, but felt by a few. A curse surrounds ayoung half-orc that brings magical power greater than any known for centuries. Grork must find a way to both master the magic and fight the evilness inside of himself. Lurking at the back of his consciousness is an evil sorcerer whose powers and essence is trapped in the pages of an ancient book.
