Carnal Weapon - From Innocence to Intrigue

Review by Lauren S. Smith

Peter Hoffmann takes the 50s era from innocence to intrigue and injects it with some steamy sex scenes that you won't be able to get out of your mind. Carnal Weapon is a novel that has it all - including a plot that will keep its readers turning pages and wanting more when they reach "the end."

The Golden Pathway - A Kid's Story About the Underground Railroad

Review by Lauren S. Smith

Award winning children's author, Donna M. McDine, has written a book targeted to kids from 8 to 12 years old that teaches about our American history during the turbulent time of slavery. The Golden Pathway is a beautiful example of what children's literature can be when presented in an interesting and artistic manner.

Illustrations in The Golden Pathway are especially thought provoking and will no doubt encourage visual thinking, conversation and a…

Thanks for your kind words about The Keller Brothers, Sarah. Things are really starting to percolate for my sons. They were on the radio yesterday morning for a live interview and will be appearing in Vermilion and at the Cuyahoga County Fair next month. We are beginning work on a CD of their music, too. It's a thrilling time to be alive, that's for sure!
