Sally,
There is a wide variety of traditional & online marketing methods. To give you a marketing plan that would work with your current situation, I would need some situational information. Please let me know of a good time to connect with you via phone or skype and we can discuss this further.
Best,
Alison Silbert
My suspense novel-in-progress 'The Plan' (pen name Lillian Watts) has nearly 150 votes on textnovel.com
Top votes in that genre, which is exciting. Of course 'Romance' novels have hundreds of votes, so I need lots of help. lol
Of course we have to connect! I used to live in Stratford, too! How funny--but I grew up on Long Island! Best of luck with your new book--can't wait to hear ALL about it! :)
Hi Sally,
Putting together a marketing plan is like putting together a puzzle with a specific number of pieces that fit various ways to make different pictures. Are you looking for traditional marketing strategies or internet marketing strategies (or both)? If you want more guidance than I've posted here, feel free to contact me directly at alisonsilbert@fastmail.fm (I'm new to this group and not sure what the max # of characters/post is).
Regards,
Alison

Hi again Sally,
I liked the included poem.
My own writing.... I have a work in progress, training from a dog's view. Can't say it progresses very fast, though.
Have written a few short stories in Swedish, working up my curage to try on the English ölanguage. A rtired journalist, I now run a very, very small publishing enterprise.
If you like the truth about the sixties, read Frantic by Frances Lynn. Hilarious chronicle of the sleazy sixties and seventies by one who was there.
Hi Sally,
Thanks for the connection. How can I help you?
Alison.

Hi Sally,
Welcome top this group. Visited Canade in -77 as a leader of a Peewee hockey team (my sons played there). Had a great time. So where can I view your work.
