I haven''t but I'm thinking about it. You Tube is a place where you can build a web site for book promotion. Log on to You Tube and enter Total coach to see the web site building demo.
All the best,
Chloe
I started one with that intent using my name John C. Bieber. I probably should do a second site and call it my book title. The only problem I've had is some of it can be personal, friends, family, not focused on the book and promotions. As I write this I'm convincing myself of the need to start second Facebook where I can shut out all the daily goofy comments like "Hey just got back from the grocery store...woo whoo tacos tonight!"
Good luck!
John C. Bieber
I agree, John. It has to be a page just for the book. I have my own personal page which is a lot of fun. It was by spending time on Facebook that I noticed there are pages for businesses, products, all kinds of things. I befriended three separate Albuquerque sites, and really enjoy reading their posts about what is going on around town. My primary author and i are considering a Facebook page for our book. I haven't seen book pages there yet (although I'm sure there are some) so don't have an idea what people do with them, what they post, how often, etc. I'm interested to hear if anyone here has experience.
Chloe, let us know if you do a page or a YouTube video!
I started with a normal Facebook Page for friends and family, and recently I started a fan page. I used my author name, and am thinking of starting one for my book only! I will see how this goes... Best wishes! Have a blessed day.
Nice page, Cathleen! I just became a fan. I didn't see anywhere that I could buy the book from that page, however. I thought I heard that was possible.
