Does anyone have any ideas on how to get Christians to review books that are doctrinal in content?

Thanks for your comments. I am not affiliated with a major denomination. My recent book "The Essence of Christian Doctrine" was written with a broad audience in mind. As one reviewer said, "It is clearly written for a more popular audience, bringing a good summary of sound Christian doctrine in a thoroughly engaging and readable style." Another book written for general evangelical consumption was "Theological Terms in Laymay Language." I think the problem is that there are few Christian reviewers interested in biblical doctrine. The more popular emotionally charged genre is in vogue, unless the writer has name recognition in the media or academic circles. Thanks again for your suggestions.
Martin, the Christian Book Review reviewed mine. Here is a copy of the review they did for me.

http://christianbookreviews.net/?p=703. Above the review are guidelines to submit. I mailed the book to them, and someone reviewed it.

Also, three other good reviewers are:
Midwest Book Review, but I can't find the link on this at the moment, but you can do a Google search

and

Faithwriters Review of my book with a link to submit:

Hi Martin, depending on which continent you reside, there are a few organisations that can offer helpful information. For example in the UK, the association of Christian writers (ACW) offer some useful tips on how to go about book reviews. Most organisations will not normally move in certain doctrinal ways excepts it fits with their theological inclinations, hence you need to give clarity in respect of which doctrines you are looking at. Wishing you all the best in your quest.
