I'm working on a story about an undercover cop and a Private Investigator who are going to take down a drug lord in Toronto. I'd be thrilled to have any ideas on how to create a covert operation to do so without killing the entire gang. The heroine is a master swordswoman (modern day) of Asian swords but hey, you just can't kill people now adays with swords. That's a big no-no.
Any ideas?
