Something About Me and My Book:
I am a counsellor and have just published my first book on depression. 'The Depression Trap: Ten Ways to Set Yourself Free' sets out in an easy to read style the latest thinking on the causes of depression and looks at a wide range of approaches to treatment. My aim is to help those who have been diagnosed with depression to find an approach to treatment that will work for them. I am also using the book to help raise money for the Depresssion Alliance charity.
