I have several accounts on twitter and use HootSuite to manage them. I tweet differently for each account. My accounts are: Juliawiddop, (general tweets) dreamtimepress (tweet about publishing and the authors at my publishing company), dreamtimer (tweet about shamanism), dreampostcards (tweet about creativity and art) I think it increases website traffic.
