My political blog has attracted a gazillion readers. Where there's people, there will eventually be money through sales or contributions. While some writers fear being labeled, I love the wild west, gunfighter attitudes in political writing. It appears Politico and many other political organizations are now holding back and watching the direction of the blogosphere. Some might judge success by the amount of money they're making through sales, whereas I feel success is based on the number of people who know who you are, and what you write. I think the money will follow.
