It was something called "Security Tool" that ran a fake scan and told me every program I tried to open on my computer had a malicious virus; that wasn't true, thank goodness. The scam was to get you to buy their "upgrade' protection software. I figured it out and managed to get rid of it, and now I have three malware checkers running in the background on my machine. Makes it a bit slow but I shouldn't inadvertently download any malware again, LOL!
Hey, Miss Mae! You can email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. That's the best addy for me. I've been limited getting online recently due to a massive malware invasion of my computer! All is well now, though.
