Something About Me and My Book:
Book: Run Your Business Like a Fortune 100: 7 Principles for Boosting PROFITS
(John Wiley & Sons, April 2009)

In this fast-paced, global economy, profitable entrepreneurs can now simplify, adapt, and integrate the practices of Fortune 100 companies without the bureaucracy and expense. Capitalizing on PROFITS, seven principles for a profitable business, along with practical "apply today" tools, Dr. Lober provides a road map for entrepreneurs in how to run well-integrated, successful companies. Authentic case studies based on her experiences with some of the world's most successful corporations illustrate how the best practices of much larger firms can aid profitable small and medium-sized companies as they advance to the next level of growth. A wealth of thought-provoking principles, tools, questions and action plans also make this book a top-quality resource for courses in strategy and entrepreneurship.

Rosalie Lober, PhD (Cos Cob, CT), is President of Lober Associates, specializing in designing business practices to increase sustainable profitability.

Linking a promotion/gift to purchase of your book

Has anyone done this?

I want to give people a gift when they buy my book.

They will have to fill out a "form" with their e-mail address to get the gift so I know who they are.
However, if they buy the book and it takes them straight to Amazon, how do I get them back to the site to get the gift?

If I'm not articulating this clearly, please tell me and I'll say it another way.

Silly me,
I forgot to mention an opportunity I may be able to offer to secure an Australian agent. My brother Norman is a book rep for a number of publishers and reps in Tasmania for publishers and distributors on the mainland as we Tasmanians refer to the big Island north of Tasmania!LOL
Norman is in Switzerland at the moment, but I will get hold of him when he returns and seek his advice. I am sure he woujld be happy to assist.
Cheers. Tilley

G'day again Rosalie,
I have sent Judy an email suggesting that she join BMN. I sent one from my regular email address and she indicated she would. This time I sent one from BMN which will provide a direct link for her to follow.
Hopefully that will do the trick.
Warm wishes
