Something About Me and My Book:
I am the author of "The Daughter-in-Law Rules: 101 Surefire Ways to Make Friends with Your Mother-in-Law!" and my vision is to inspire more harmony among 20 million mothers and daughters- in-law around the world by teaching all brides to learn the art of making friends with their husband’s mother.

Prepare Your Elevator speech and talk to people about your book.
Get a business card with a picture of your book cover and leave it places
Take a survey at the mall, and hand out your business card with your book cover on it
Get a business card from everyone you meet, and take notes as to where you met them and what you talked about. When you contact them, they will appreciate that you remembered details
Practice your "elevator pitch" - a short 2-3 sentence, 30 second description that exactly describes your book, product or service
Post a YouTube Video, and make sure your keywords are in the title
Join Toastmasters and learn to speak

There are lots of periodical editors and TV producers you can network with. Want to connect to people who might help market your book? Ask lots of questions.

Cool please send me a copy of your 101 Ways and maybe we can do something together - teleseminar or something. I'm developing the "National Radio Tour Workshop: How to Promote Your Book to a Best Seller" wherein I will teach authors the steps for creating a National Radio Tour.
