Something About Me and My Book:: About Sandy Goldberg

Sandy Goldberg is a lifestyle consultant,
author, facilitator and speaker. She heads
up Unique Lifestyle which specializes in
holistic weight loss & lifestyle programmes
and health products.

Holistic weight loss

Sandy has helped hundreds of clients
solve their weight problems. A few years
ago she lost 21 kilos - weight which she
had struggled to lose for 9 years. Deciding
to focus her knowledge to inspire and
motivate others, she now utilizes the tools
and skills learnt during her own weight loss
journey to help her clients lose weight.

“I sincerely believe that it’s possible to lose
weight safely using holistic methods rather
than by dieting alone. I want others to gain
effective insights into the barriers that
prevent them from achieving their goals.”

“Regain you self-esteem, boost your
confidence and lead the life you choose,” is
Sandy’s mantra to all her clients.

She lives in Cape Town with her husband
and two daughters.
