When an archaeologist uncovers an earthshaking discovery in the mountains of Zimbabwe, plenty of theories are unearthed to describe his find. Canadian archaeologist Mark Graham digs up the remains of a pterodactyl, found carefully buried next to a set of gigantic human bones. What could his finding mean? Was there a race of giant humans who existed near the time of the dinosaurs? Or is the find a carefully planned hoax?
One theory speculates the existence of a race of giants, believed to have descended from both men and gods. The race is called Nephilim, and scientists scurry to find the truth behind the bones. As sinister forces enter the picture and Graham is deceived by friends and colleagues, he struggles to safeguard the bones and his reputation so he can learn the mystery behind the Nephilim.

Sparks fly when an ex rock and roll junkie and a stuffy accountant rendezvous at a local resort, but neither are prepared for the emotional entanglements, family complications, and a threat from the past that unexpectedly resurfaces. Set in the 1980′s, this story brings two opposing forces together in a clash of romance and danger, while its musical undertones highlight the theme that God can turn anything into beautiful music.

Marshdale. Just a small farming community where nothing special happens.  A perfect place to start over… or get lost. There is definitely more to this prairie town than meets the eye. Once the meeting place of aboriginal tribes for miles around, some say the land itself was cursed because of the people’s sin. But its history goes farther back than even indigenous oral history can trace and there is still a direct descendant who has been handed the truth, like it or not. Exactly what ties does the land have to the medicine of the ancients? Is it cursed, or is it all superstition?

Wind Over Marshdaleis the story of the struggles within a small prairie town when hidden evil and ancient medicine resurface. Caught in the crossfire, new teacher Rachel Bosworth finds herself in love with two men at once. First, there is Thomas Lone Wolf, a Cree man whose blood lines run back to the days of ancient medicine but who has chosen to live as a Christian and faces prejudice from every side as he tries to expose the truth. Then there is Con McKinley, local farmer who has to face some demons of his own. Add to the mix a wayward minister seeking anonymity in the obscurity of the town; eccentric twin sisters – one heavily involved in the occult and the other a fundamentalist zealot; and a host of other ‘characters’ whose lives weave together unexpectedly for the final climax. This suspenseful story is one of human frailty - prejudice, cowardice, jealousy, and greed – magnified by powerful spiritual forces that have remained hidden for centuries, only to be broken in triumph by grace.

COLONY ZERO - Volume 1 Contact, Volume 5 - Sins of the Fathers, Book 2 Duplicity, and the Complete Series.

a Science Fiction series

In 2810, they’re called Zeroes. Some Zeroes are born, somehow slipping through the genetic screening and purification tests in utero mandated by an overpopulated Earth. Others become Zeroes later, the worst murderers and thieves and abusers, despite the same genetic screening. Whether born or made, they are Earth’s outcasts, the dregs, sent to a perpetually dark rock orbiting a Y-class brown dwarf star by a society without the patience or desire to deal with them.

The Relocation Ministry cites the humanity of the process, offering the Zeroes a chance at a new life. Yet the overcrowded world secretly knows with silent approval that they’re sent to Colony Zero for one reason: to die. That is until the RM ship Valkyrie 2 arrives on a routine survey mission to retrieve core samples. It is on that dark wind-swept planet that the crew discovers a far different secret.

God's Daughter - a review

God’s Daughter by Heather Day Gilbert is a must read for historical fiction fans, those interested in Viking lore and culture, or just anyone looking for an emotionally charged and gripping read. It is written from the perspective of a Viking woman named Gudrid sometime around 1000 AD when these fierce warriors were exploring the northern seas. Paint Me Althena - by Naomi Musch - a review

Paint Me Althena is a story about second chances. Ava abandoned her family three years ago in a quest to find herself – or so she claimed. But fulfillment continues to sidestep her at every turn. Then, unlikely circumstances throw her and her estranged husband Ethan back into each others’ lives. Learning to trust again isn’t easy for either of them, especially with meddlesome in-laws, complicated new relationships, and a mountain of guilt. At times I was frustrated with the heroine’s choices…

Learning to Trust - a review

This is the fourth and final installment in the ‘Sacred Vows’ Series by Michelle Sutton. It continues to chronicle the lives of three individuals that we’ve met earlier in the series – Hope, Tony, and Jimmy. Hope is now a widow, and perhaps this part of the story is the most ‘romantic’ of the three threads as she embarks on a new relationship. Tony, Hope’s former lover, has also found true love, but his relationship with his new wife is not always stable and they must continue to seek God to…

My daughter draws all the characters, my husband does the graphics and I direct and narrate. It's all a family enterprise. My husband used to work in animation on the old series He-Man, She-Ra, Fat Albert. Briana (daughter) is a budding feature film artist and worked on a couple of films. One is coming out next year while the other is in pre-production in New Zealand.

In 1989 Exxon told the cleanup workers the same story, that the crude oil is not toxic. Some of us are living proof of the toxic exposure, and many others have died. Please view the YouTube video, and help get the message to Gulf residents, BP crude oil cleanup workers, and President Obama. Respirators need to be supplied to oil cleanup crews.
Thank you.
