Something About Me and My Book:: I am a semi retired psychotherapist living on the Costa del Sol in Spain. Originally from Austria, I spent much of my life in southern Africa and, before settling in Spain, in England. As a psychotherapist I had to deal mainly with emotions and feelings. I also learned that happiness was something most people wanted to attain. Therefore most of my work was geared toward demonstrating that happiness can be learned. My book - Happiness Discovered - discusses the philosophy and the psychology of happiness as well as what can be done to increase one's happiness potential, or to enhance and maintain happiness. - It will be available soon on Amazon or as a download from my website.
