Hey guys. I have been looking into having my books published but I fear that they may be too short. Both books finished around 130 pages. Im also not sure how others will like my style of writing. Only family members have bought my books and I have no real reviews yet. Im working on a third book and thought that if I were to put all 3 short novels together in a single collection book, then a publisher may be more willing to look at them. Please let me know your opinion. Thanks.

Yes, I totally agree!  I really enjoy talking with other authors and learning what they've done.

I think it's key to welcome new members and get them involved, make them feel welcome.  When you're just starting out as a new author, you need all of the good press you can get!

Hey John!

I couldn't agree more. You know, I think you have created the very platform and environment with which to bring that vision to fruition.

My idea to achieve this goal is to visit the first page of the newest members to join The Book Marketing Network. Read their brief description of their book or service and follow their link to their website and read a little bit of their work.

If you like what they write-leave them a comment. Let them know. Welcome them to The Book Marketing Network. Show them that we are different here and that we care.

This will not only fill your newest members with a sense of belonging, but then they will be more likely to tell a friend about the awesome people at The Book Marketing Network.

This will in turn generate more members for this site and help us grow greater recognition.

And to those that are reading this and belong to multiple social networks and other book sites, please take the time to plug the Book Marketing Network in your next Tweet, Like or +1.
